Obtain B.S in information technology and B.S in Finance, with over 15 years of IT Senior development & management experience. PMP & CMMI-5 professional. He is one of the notable Senior Project Managers in Vietnam. During 2006 - 2007 he led successfully the biggest project in ASIAN with over 4,000 man-month and with peak-members of over 300. |

Mr. Nguyen Tan Ho - Chief Operating Officer
He has over 10 years of Senior Technology and Management experience. Prior to UNICOM, he enjoys an eight years of career at TMA Solutions, where he held the positions of Senior Manager and Senior Director. He played an important role in leading developer for Japanese Market and has involved in many large and complex Networking/E-commerce project from US and Japanese clients such as Nortel, Comsys, NTT-Software, Toshiba Software, and Nissen. He obtained B.S. in Information Technology, specialized in Networking & Software Development, from Ho Chi Minh University of Natural Sciences. |

Dr. Alexander A. Grygoruk – Founder, BOD
He has long history in IT management and as venture capitalist. He holds a Ph.D. degree in science, as well as a masters in industrial management from MFTI Moscow & NTU, Ukraine. He worked in FPT as Director of subsidiary in 2002-2004. He lived in Asia, majority Vietnam over 7 years. He is the Founder of UNICOM Software. |

Ms. Nguyen Hoang Que Nga – BOD
Ms. Nga has a long history in sales and operational roles. She is the Founder of Vinagame, and started as Director of Business Operation to grow company from 20 staff in 2004 to 1,000 in 2008. Recently she changes her responsibilities as Sales & Business Development Director of Vinagame. Prior to that, Nga was Regional Director of EnglishTown, a large international e-commerce company. Prior to that, Nga was co-founder and Vice General Director of the E-Business Division of FPT, the largest information technology company in Vietnam. Ms. Nga got Top3 senior manager of FPT in 2004. |

Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - BOD
He is an experienced veteran of the burgeoning ICT industry in Vietnam. He has more than 13 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries in the US and Asia. Mr. Tran has most recently been as CEO of Vinadata, a leading independent provider of collocation, managed data center, hosting and connectivity services in Vietnam. Prior to that, he was CTO of VinaGame, the leading online game operator in Vietnam. As one of the founders of VinaGame, he led the technology division to structure, deploy, and manage VinaGame's IT infrastructure and operations over the past 3 years. Prior to his work at VinaGame, Mr. Tran was involved in multiple IT/Telecom infrastructure projects during his tenure at VITC Telecommunications as its Director of Business Development. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. |
